Our Services
Senior Living Placement
We help you find the right fit among assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, independent living, and continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs). We match based on care needs, budget, location, and personality. Before every recommendation, we check the provider’s state licensing record, and we personally tour the communities we recommend.
Tours and Advocacy
We schedule tours, prepare you with key questions, and can attend with you. Afterward, we help you compare options side by side.
Care-at-Home Guidance
Not every family is ready for a move. We can explain in-home care options and help you decide which path makes sense now and later.
Transition Support
We help coordinate next steps: move timing, paperwork, and connecting you with trusted local resources like movers, downsizing help, and real estate professionals. You always choose who you work with.
Cost
Our services come at no cost to families. When you move into a community or adult family home we referred, that provider pays us a referral fee. You’re always welcome to ask how much a provider pays us, and we give every family a written explanation of how we’re paid before we share any recommendations. We don’t accept fees for moves paid by Medicaid, but we’re always glad to help Medicaid families with guidance and resources.
Common Questions
-
No. We recommend the options that best fit your loved one's needs, budget, and preferences. Before every recommendation, we check the provider's state licensing record, and we tell you in writing whether we've toured it and when. You're always free to choose any provider, including ones we didn't recommend.

Yes, and we always disclose them. Brandy also owns a local home care agency, and her husband is a licensed real estate broker. You are never required to use either one, and we're happy to provide other options. We'll give you a written disclosure before you make any decisions.
-
Nothing for families. The communities we partner with pay our fee when a move is made, and you can ask us the amount at any time.
